HORRIBLE SERVICE. I prefer the Laurel Bowie Rd location. They are much more professional. The young man at the microphone before... the window was extremely rude and offered no solutions to their being out of what I preordered in the app via mobile order. Thenthey proceeded to waste my time. They did not give me the information for the manager to complain and the survey I completedmeant nothing because I requested to be contacted and was not. Friday morning placed order for coffee, first cashier didn't want to take the order and keep busy with co workers. When reach... the window cashier tried to scan the app from close window, when complained, then he opened the window but all the time busylaughing with co workers and didn't pay any attention. This was the third time I got this treatment, the owner & Dunkin Donutfranchise should take the notice of this behavior and pay some attention on customer service. Thanks Read more
The donits are very fresh! My 1st visit my Caramal Iced coffee was perfect. My 2nd visit my order was mixed for hot coffee (not... what was originally ordered). It was teplace and than was too sweet. I ordered a few moments ago, and the person taking my order didn?t even repeat my order back. Understandably so, customer... service is not an easy job, but this cashier was very rude in the way she took our order. Not only was my order incorrect shenever asked if I wanted my donuts warmed up. After pulling up to the window, and correcting my order I was in a rush so Icouldn?t ask for my donuts to be warmed up. My donuts looked like they were thrown in the bag and they were freezing cold. I?mglad I asked for napkins. If I could give this experience less than one star I would. Do better. Read more
