I am a regular customer at First Watch and everytime I come the service and food is amazing. The staff here makes me feel right... at home. My husband and I had a great time at First Watch in Bowie, MD. The food was on point, the staff were very friendly including the... manager/owner at the front who checked on us and whom we had a great conversation with after our meal. Waited an hour for a table but I was excited to try since I heard great things but it was definitely not worth the wait.... Portions were small, nothing compared to the pictures online. Sweet potatoes were cold. Arugula was old and avocado was brown. Ido not recommend this place at all and I will definitely not be returning. This place needs better management or something?. You try to order food via the app to make the process faster but the app is... 90% down. Then when you place an order in the store they take forever. & the fact that they say they will call/text your phonewhen your order is ready is a lie. what a gem! Husband and I had a wonderful brunch today. despite a line of folks waiting to be sat we were at a table within... 10-15 min. Hostess and waitress were friendly and food was fantastic. lots of healthy and decadent choices. fruit on frenchtoast was fresh and bacon is next level. Clean and open seating with music at a low volume so folks can speak easily. this wasour first time but wont be the last. Read more
Service, service, service. This is one of several First Watch establishments I?ve been to across several states. The food was... quality yet I have experienced better execution and service at the other First Watches I?ve visited. It took 1 1/2 hours to beseated and receive our food. The management fixed the issues we experienced with our orders. We waited extended timesperiodically for the server to visit our table. Read more
Food here was great. The special cinnamon roll was AMAZING and worth the possible diabetes. The ricotta pancakes were enormous... and the lemon curd and fresh strawberries took it over the top. Only issue was the wait was almost double what we were told whenwe put our names on the list and they do not do reservations. The server was nice but seemed to be rushing us out, likelybecause there were others waiting, because again no reservations. I would absolutely return despite the having to wait.
