I like the fresh homemade fries although they are expensive as well $8 for a large. They are crisp and just good. I'm not a fan... of the burgers as the bread is often very soggy and messy. Further a regular burger is $10.49 which is insanely high to me forfast food. Customer service was average as people, in general, are so transactional and indifferent. The place was neat andclean. Trashy... went in for a bite tonight. Walking to the restaurant their outside dining area trashcans overflowing. Food wrapers... spilling out onto the ground. Inside the restaurant we did get our food in a timely manner (the two stars they did earn). Theinside of the restaurant floor was dirty. Every single trash can was stuffed to the point of overflowing. How are patronssupposed to complete their dining experience?? Shove hands in nasty overflow trash ? The policy i believe in: if you cant do thesimple things in plain sight... what actually important things are not being done behind the scenes? If you dont have staffwilling to keep dining area trash from overflowing... what are they really doing with Food handling!?!? I did see one girl comefrom the back. Wipe two tables. Pick up a food wrapper and walk it to the trash. She threw it at the can. It bounces off causeits overstuffed full then ends up in the ground. Completely ignoring and not giving a **** she walks back out of view literallystill carrying an empty giant trash bag. Later the same girl walks outside with the same EMPTY trash bag... she picks up threenapkins off the ground outside near the tables puts them into the already full trash can outdoors then WALKS AWAY with herSTILL EMPTY trash bag. Mind BLOWN PEOPLE!!!! We were there sat evening oct 15 around 5pm. MY ORDER NUMBER WAS 15 i believe.The young man who took our order did a nice job very polite. Read more
This location does not take the safety of its customers seriously. I observed an employee digging their hands into the peanut... box and then eating them wearing NO gloves. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, he replied, "She's off theclock" as if that made it ok. I explained how we are still in COVID times, so gloves and a scooper should ALWAYS be required. Hebrushed me off as if it was important. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! Read more
Five Guys is the best burger within 10 miles of Bowie Town Center. Hands down. This visit was a standard Five Guys experience.... Food service was timely and restaurant was clean. Unfortunately the scoop for the complimentary peanuts was missing. Read more
Someone got ahold of my Five Guys account (highly secure, specific password, so must have been a breach). I live in MO and they... placed an order for this location. I called this store upon receiving the order confirmation in my email and asked them tocancel (order had not been sent for delivery yet) the order and refund me. The manager refused to refund me and told me to talkto my bank. My bank wants me to replace the card, even though it?s not a card issue, but a Five Guys account issue. I wish FiveGuys had customer service that matched their food. Read more

I came for lunch - the first time I?ve had Five Guys in a long time. Best fries I?ve ever had I think and my burger was... excellent. The place is impeccably clean. I?ll be back, even though it?s gotten pricey. Very high quality. Read more
