Visited at 11pm on a Saturday. They were short staffed but the workers were still courteous and food was expedited. Also food... was hot. Great job to the workers, I felt bad because they were crowded with what looked like a Group of young adults comingfrom a homecoming dance and still managed to produce great service. Read more
This restaurant is excellent. The manager, hosts, restaurant custodial team and of course the cooks,phenomenal . I waited for my... order patiently as the staff kept my spirits high with great conversation and laughter. This restaurant is doing something goodfor the customers our community. Consistently just a poor experience. Even through staff changes, through different dining experiences like to-go through calling... or online. Even eating in the restaurant is a poor experience. Food is good and prepared well but the customer service andservice leaves a lot to be desired. Read more

Got dinner with brother and daughter after finishing job, was clean not busy but was late. Even with no other customers had to... wait several minutes even after getting waitress attention who was back by kitchen before we were seated. Turkey sausage, eggs over easy, well done hash brown potatoes, and blueberry pancakes with extra berry's on top and whipped... cream..served by friendly, courteous, competent "K" attentive but not hovering...this is a different IHOP than I remember inBowie, from days before covid hit. Brightly decorated with holiday lights and warm, friendly staff, manager, table busser, andservers.
