I'm sitting here waiting and writing this review I've been waiting for over an hour inside. I cant tell if staff is short or if... they are overwhelmed. But service is horrible !!!!!!!!!!!! I suggest going to the one on Annapolis Rd. This is all we got afterwaiting for over an hour . Been here since 11am didn't get seated until 11:30pm after being seated waitress took almost 15minsto even come ask us what we wanted to drink on top of that our seats had to be moved because of a Ant problem and after beingseated somewhere else the waitress still took long to come. We didn't get our food 12:46pm . Update Must be new managers becausewent today and customer service and food was. Excellent. Store was clean no smell no sticky tables. This location is fairly new. The food was just ok. It took about 20 minutes to get our food. The place was really empty maybe 6... customers. I don't think we will return to this location. I might add the waiter was fine. He kept coming back to the table totell us our food would be out shortly. Read more
We were the only ones there and everyone came by to wish us a good morning. The waitress was kind and accommodating. The manager... made sure the kids felt like they were appreciated and made sure they had paper and crayons even though they had no kids menus. All around a great experience. We will come here in the future over the other one in Bowie, near our home. Read more
Went here after taking grandkids to see minions. Food was good it was hot upon arrival waitress was very nice along with... everyone else there. The atmosphere was pleasant prices were great and the pancakes are always good. I took a short stack to go.We had a nice time and really enjoyed being there! Read more
It was my worst IHOP experience .The waitress Chelsea was great but had to wait an hour fifteen minutes for our food, when the... food was served, it was barely warm and the bread was dried ( see picture). The family near our table gave up and left after anhour. The restaurant was almost empty. People that came to pickup their orders had to wait so long that they were still waitingwhen we left. Absence of mgmt , the waiters and hostesses had to deal with the irritated guests.STAY AWAY. THIS WAS MY FIRSTVISIT TO THE LOCATION AND I WILL NOT BE BACK. So many tables empty and to much people working In the front table the excuse is no waitress in this restaurant but they are... making jokes and talking in the front i think they should be a waitress too. I?m like what!!! But they give more preference todoordash. Read more
This is a newly established IHOP in the area. Which was exciting. Howevrr, it was my first time visiting yesterday with my dad... and son. The customer service was horrible. We had to wait to be seated, after walking in being seen and told:"I'll be rightback." The server never came back. We finally got seated but had to move because my son's carseat was too big and the tablesdidn't move/couldn't be adjusted. After moving to another table, we still had to sit and wait until one of the servers who weresitting down (rolling silverware) asked one of his co-workers to get someone to help us. We still had to wait. We finally gotserved but the wait was terrible and it wasn't too many people in the restaurant. They even messed up my order and we stilltipped. It was disappointing because we love IHOP but won't be coming g back to this restaurant. Read more
I really don't know where some of these bad reviews are coming from. This was the cleanest, friendliest, and most attentive I... HOP experience I've ever had. The food was fresh, we were greeted and helped by 7 people, and the vibe was chill instead of theusual chaos! If you're looking for a quick breakfast where you feel you're being paid attention to, this is where I would go! Read more
