This place is tax. Cashier charged me for regular size sides. $7 for Mac and cheese and $6 for chicken noodle soup. This place... will never get my money. I ordered today for food from them but they send me only the pasta and shrimp but didn?t send me the regular coke which really... very annoying the order was through Grubhub, was calling nobody received my call at the restaurant I tried three times. Friendly staff, service was pretty quick. Got the Japanese pan noodles and dumplings. The dumplings were ok, noodles were really... salty, not even sure what the noodles tasted like over the salt. Portions are very small, not even half a bowl, and prettyexpensive for what it is. This was my first time at noodle and company so I have no idea how this location compares to others. Read more
This review is for the location in Bowie, MD. Since I was in the area and there isn't one located where I live, I stopped in. ... First, what I ordered inside came up as "unavailable" at this location within the app. Second, what I ordered, was "EXTRA"Parmesan Crusted Chicken. As you can see from the photo...that is not extra. I did check my receipt and it looks as if thecashier did not charge me for it after she confirmed it TWICE! Third, the photo of that vegetable on the plastic top, appearsto be Zucchini...I guess??? Whatever it is...I DON'T EAT IT! I asked what was in this dish because Stroganoff is no longer onthe menu. Outside of having the mushrooms substituted with Broccoli, tge cashier said spinach was the only other vegetableincluded. Last but certainly not least is the sauce...or lack there of!! Where is it?! Why is the extra so minimal if theyalready know they barely add any in the first place?! Went for the first time. We ordered the Japanese noodles with steak and the spicy beef. Portions were small, didn't even go past... half the bowl for the regular size. It was more of a snack size portion at $21, it was a bit too pricey. Will not return asthere are other places where I know I will get my money's worth. Not worth the drive. Staff was friendly.
