Panera is a decent bakery and sandwich shop chain. They offer a wide variety of baked items, from bread and bagels to pastries.... They also have a good selection of soups, salads, and sandwiches, making them a good spot for a lite afternoon meal. They offertheir entrees individually, as a combo meal with fruit or (more!) bread or as part of a soup/sandwich combo. Panera has alwaysbeen a favorite of our girls youth sports teams, as it seems to appeal to their diet and makes for a nice mid- orpost-tournament stop. They have a very relaxing atmosphere and a quick/efficient ordering/pickup process. This location is justup the road from the local sports park, making it an ideal stop as mentioned above. The facility is clean, and service is niceand helpful. Food here has always been fast and fresh. Recommend giving them a try for your next pastry or soup & sandwichcraving. Read more

Terrible service at the counter. I was placing an order and the young lady was not focused enough to provided customer service.... She had very little interaction, and was not attentive at all. She was very distracted by conversations with coworkers as amatter of fact, and seem to not want to be at work. I?m not from Maryland, but traveling for business and this Panera is not myidea of a well customer oriented one. Read more
This has to be the worst experience I've had at any Panera in my life. The line was out the door. Not because the place was... crowded. Because the place was understaffed. The cashier had the worst attitude and was absolutely a disrespectful jackass. Hetreated customers as if they were an inconvenience to him. He was rude with everyone. This Jackass should be fired. The placewas filthy. The coffee station had 3 coffee containers empty. The cold drink station had no iced coffee. The half and halfcontainers were empty. They forgot our drinks and made us feel as if was somehow our fault. This place needs a good manager.Please save your money and go somewhere else. This place is a disaster. Read more
Had the food delivered, it arrived still hot. The sandwich was completed covered in sauce, it was like a soup sandwich. Not sure... if they needed to use up all of their sauce or I was just unlucky. Bread was really good. The green passion smoothie was ok butnot worth the price they are asking for, small and the flavor just wasn't there. Apple was fresh and crisp. I've had betterexperiences so I'll give them this one. Read more
Place is semi clean and a nice place to study. Toasted steak and cheese sandwich was so atrocious to the point where it almost... ruined my day. I?ve never had such pungent yet few onions on a sandwich. 10/10 would never recommend! Staff is nice:) Read more
