I frequently order Papa Johns pizza because my family and I like the quality of it. However, today July 3, 2022, I received a... strange looking cheese pizza and a used cup of garlic sauce inside the pizza box. I called the store and spoke to the generalmanager, Jay, about my concerns. I stated what was wrong and said we don't know if this food is harmful or poisonous and he wentvery belligerent calling me rude for pointing out that I do not feel the food is safe for my family to eat, which I had everyright given the condition of the pizza. As a long standing customer who helps keep Papa Johns in business, I don't appreciatethe response I received. It was very unprofessional and rude. I ordered a meal online when my meal was delivered the person left my food on the ground outside and did not knock on the door... or call or text. I got no notification that my food was delivered and I found it on the ground outside at night. The person leftmy gate open; which it was closed when they arrived so they should have closed it upon departure. Also, the food is burned andhard to chew. I use to order from this place atleast 2 times a month as my kids love pizza. Today we found hair in our pizza. I called the... store and told the manager what happened, never asked for a refund, only wanted them to send us a new pizza. Her responses wasmy 18 minute distance was to far away for them to travel, what? This is by far the worse papa johns ive been to. Horrible customer service, management is just as bad. You can spend up to 15... mins on hold just to order your pizza, a 2hr wait for your pizza and still receive a burnt overcooked pizza. When i called tocomplain they knew of the issue and still sent me these pizzas. Read more
Horrible, not cooked per order. Arrived cold, refused a refund. Will be contacting the Better business Burrough.
