This is the third time I have ordered smoothies and it?s been super thin, watery and not smoothie consistency. It didn?t even... taste like a smoothie. I ordered two smoothies on the same order and when I went to pick up, one was in the freezer and theother hadn?t been made despite there being 1 other customer when I walked in who had two smoothies in their hands and werestanding around talking to the worker. For the amount of money I pay for Smoothie King, I expect better quality. Read more

I have never had a bad experience in smoothie king but due to the experience I had yesterday I will not be going back. I ordered... 3 smoothies and went to wait. I saw everyone before me and after me get their smoothies and leave. I asked about my order andwas advised that it would be made. 45 minutes after initially placing my order im still waiting so I requested a refund. Insteadof just doing that the cashier began to get loud and aggressive with me. The manager had to escort her to the back. The managerthen refunded my money and I left. Smh the worst experience I have ever had in any restaurant. A simple apology and refund wouldhave been great. Read more

I have frequent this location for YEARS. Always had great customer service. I always take into consideration when I notice staff... being trained. Well seems like a gentleman was kinda new. He had no gloves on, the mixture in the blender was very thick, thestaff told him to add something to the mixture, he did, still the mixture came out thick. Now remember I said he had no gloveson....well he shook the smoothie into the cup, used the handle to push the mix down into the cup...TWICE. And grabbed the cupwith his fingers inside the rim. When called I stated that was not mine and I would like another... Brittany who was way on theregister comes across and says what's the problem..I explain..she says well the blenders are clean. I state, well his hands arenot without gloves and who wants to drink or eat anything with people's hands in it. She throws the smoothie away... Rolls hereyes multiple times (every chance she got when she looked over at me) I don't care about you being upset young lady what I careabout is that you don't understand the fact of cleanliness. There was a very polite young lady that understood and made meanother one. Please please make staff aware that no gloves and not washing hands and hands inside a cup and not a great idea todisplay during this time. Also Brittany could have waited until I left the location to display her feelings and her thoughts...Customer service is in every we do. Read more

Great smoothies! But customer service was lacking at my visit yesterday. Everything was great, until I got in my car and put my... straw in my smoothie to drink. Something that was impossible since I was given a small/medium straw for a large smoothie. I wentback thinking they?d given me the wrong straw, but they were out of large straws. Something that should?ve been mentioned beforeI purchased a large smoothie. I ask for a smaller cup to pour my smoothie into so I could drink it with the straw I was givenand was informed that the cups are $.17, and I could go to Charlie?s restaurant next door for a large straw. After, spendingabout $11 on one smoothie and having to come back for a straw I?d have to spend an additional $.17 on a cup when they were inthe wrong for not mentioning at any point in my visit that they didn?t have large straws. I asked to speak to a manager and wasdirected to a you lady who was not the manager and had no power to assist me with my issue. Read more

Great location! I wanted to try something new from my usual order and the manager took me through the entire menu and gave me... suggestions from each section based on popularity. I ended up getting the mango Kale smoothie which is very delicious! Read more
