The young lady that served us at the window wad warm. Loved her! Our food was hot and delicious. Nacho taco Supreme- I was... impressed. I ordered one and realized somehow got two when I got home. I fud not complain. I ate them both and wanted more.And of course the cinnamon twist was my dessert treat. Will be back. Read more

We pass by this location frequently and decided to give it a try today. The order process felt a bit rushed, especially since I... was rusty on the menu. The order taker helpfully filled me in. At the window, it was nice to see a young person beingtrained. The power bowls are such a good idea although I would've preferred less or no rice and more guac. I hope not being on the main-drag of Rt 301, but on the road off 197 on way into the Kohls and Target shopping area proves... successful for them. Love ????their food. Wish reintro of Mexican Pizza still included green onions ???? don't miss theolives????. Now TB is charging 50cents to add onion to any of their products where a year ago it was a free extra. This Taco Bell location has literally NEVER gotten our order right. If it?s 3 things or 6 things it does not matter. I?ve had... good customer service a few times but those are far and few between. Disappointing that we continue to have to leave our areawhere we pay taxes in order to get the food we actually paid for and some semblance of customer service. Read more

One night after I was working as a driving school instructor I had to use the restroom and I didn't want to use the restroom... inside my work building because the customer service desk is literally right next to the bathroom and I had to go number two. Sowhen I get to the Taco Bell all the employees are staring at because it's almost closing time. I walk into the bathroom and whenI was done using the bathroom one of the employees said to me "I took a picture of your tags just so you know". I replied Condescendingly "yeah I need that". That's when the employee replied. Yeah I took a picture of your ID. You'll get a fine if youflooded that bathroom. Terrible customer service skill. Needs to be retrained immediately the entire staff. I hate poor customer service and not receiving what I ask for. That is what I received tonight when I ordered a grande nachos... with extra sour cream, a chulupa and Sprite. I get to the window and pay, and then she hands me the sprite and then nachos(nobag) and says have a nice night. I tell her that's not my full order and she looks at the board agitated as someone hands herthe rest of my order. I look in the nachos and there is no extra sour cream and actually less than normal. I ask for my extrasour cream and she asks did I order extra to which I replied yes. She looks at the board again annoyed and tells me the extrais already on there. I simply drive off because I can feel myself become highly irritated. As I'm driving and take a sip ofmy sprite to calm down, I immediately spit it back out in a cup because its nothing but carbonated water. This is my 3rd badexperience at this location and definitely my last. Read more
