I did not taste the food yet, I'll come back after I do. All the ladies seem to be very nice but the guy was terrible and very... unpleasant. He tried to give me something that I didn't even order without asking me. When I told him I wanted a credit becausethey didn't have what I wanted he just ran to the back to get the manager and she was nice to give me my credit. His customerservice was terrible. Read more
I just left the greenbelt honeybake ham I walk in just order three sandwiche box where you get a sandwiche and a side, for... 8;99 so at first they look at me like they didn't have a clue then I was told I have to order 10 boxes?????????????? I toldthem that I have been here before and ordered this and there was no issue i even pulled out their menu to show them what Iwas taking about ,,so the assistant manager rude beyond belief tell me I can take how they give it to me and that is it.,,,,and this is why I can't spend my money in a black company because you get this ishowing you your menu and your clearly not getting it this is all black company's just this so I call another honey bake ham and they were totally ashamed about what happened Read more
Like others this HBH location was an after thought partly since I rarely travel this strength of road. Well that is about to... change. Even if the menu items were not delish I would even make a point to return based solely on Lisa's & Mr. Sonny'scongenial demeanor. The Cobb ???? presentation was eye candy that matched the flavor of it's ingredients! The Tavern club wasfilling. All in all looking forward to my next visit. Read more

I pass this store location all the time and stopped for the first time last week to try them out and it was a Fantastic... Experience!! The gentlemen working the counter would later prepare All my sandwiches and they were De-Licious!! The young Ladywho later took over at the counter was warm and friendly too! I ordered: the Ham Classic add Bacon, Smoked Turkey Classic andChicken Salad Sandwiches my Mom is quite picky but, she "Devoured" her Ham Sandwich and the Maui Sweet Onion Potato Chips!!Everything was so FRESH! The line was long, even if you placed a reservation. However, the line moved pretty fast. Their smoked turkey breast is the... absolute best, juicy and perfectly flavored. Customer service is always on point, you are always greeted with a smile and somewill even have you laughing. Four stars, only because the process for those who ordered in advance could've been quicker. But,there was an employee checking the line making sure any questions we had were answered. If your looking for superbly great customer service this is not the place!! My mother walked in just to get a whole ham just she... always does during the holidays but today was a little busy and the computers were not functioning so you were asked to pay cashwhich wasn?t a problem upon her return when she ordered the ham another employee stopped what she was doing to tell the price ofthe ham which was odd because she already knew the price the employee maybe thought she couldn?t afford it because she said ittwice!!!! Very good food, but there is a loud and obnoxious woman at the register who is frantically pushing the queue of customers to... place an order. Feels like she is in a hurry to leave or something. It?s just left a bad taste for my wife and I that day as itwas our first time in the store and it was not very busy. The rep that attended us after that women left the register waspatient and showcased the proper customer experience but we were unable to get her name. We do wish to convey our thanks to herfor all her help that day. My advise, if this pushy woman who pushed the customers to hurry up to place order is thesupervisor, I would highly recommend she take a class or course on customer service and experience URGENTLY!
