Had lemon pepper bone-in wings and fries. Much too salty for my taste. Wings had large feathers. Not cleaned well.

I ordered wings online this past Saturday. I arrived when the wings were ready only to wait 10-15 minutes to pick up the wings... as the 2 personnel were preparing meals. I was the only one in line. The BBQ wings were good but the garlic parmesan wings hadno flavor. The fries where limp and had no seasoning. Half the soda selection was lacking the syrup. Wing Stop needs toadequately staff the place and institute some standards. And I paid $31 for 14 wings, fries and 2 sodas. I will not visit thislocation again. Read more
The Wings were too dry. Unedible. The fries were soggy too. The young guy was very nice, but the food was horrible. I will not... patronize again. The lack of food training for this stores staff will ultimately bring the brand down. Read more
It?s a shame that our food was pretty good because the customer service was so bad we don?t plan to order again. They forgot two... items- one of which they ran out of while preparing the order. Wing Stop in Bowie Town Center: the food did not have any seasoning. The wings were nasty; I had two different flavors and that... were not good. The chicken tasted burnt and the fries were so salty; the corn was ok but they gave it to me luke wearm. I justwasted $17.85 on this meal????. I threw it away in the trash when I got home. The only good thing about this place was thestaff, they were nice and friendly and the place was clean. They need to soak the chicken in some seasoning and not just putsauce on top of the chicken!! Wing stop is my jam. They are kind of pricey for wings but they always have some kind of special or value to work around and... save a few bucks. Their flavors are wonderful and very tasteful. It takes a bit to get the food but extra time allows forassured quality. The atmosphere is laid back and casual so it's a decent place for a simple yet peaceful meal. Read more
Ordered online and requested delivery. Problem #1 the French fries were overcooked and salty. Problem #2 Everything was cold. To... spend close to $70 dollars on cold food is a joke, and the drinks for my meal weren?t included.Problem #3 The driver?s cellphone number didn?t work and the store didn?t pickup. The Bowie location which was once good is now average at best. Poorcustomer service and incompetent staff. Store should just close, doesn?t matter what leadership has come in, the food qualitydoesn?t match what you pay for. And don?t do delivery if you are sending cold food. Read more
