Generous with the golden tenders but out of Diet Dr Pepper on a Wednesday evening. BYODP! Update: No more issues with drinks but... a chicken sandwich made the wife unhappy tonight. Chicken was tough and mostly inedible. We don't expect Chick FIL A quality butthis can't win a better rating on Google. Read more

Order at drive thru all wrong. One day somewhere hopefully the most important lesson for them, listening, is taught, learned... and will save customers from not getting what they order. Ordered mixed 8 piece , got all fried, asked for mashed AND gravy, gotno gravy. So simple, still wrong. It is frustrating to wait 20 minutes in line and have the help either not have enough help orhave help and get it wrong. Either way a customer is not satisfied. Pride in accuracy should matter. Verify, engage. I didfast food and had fun as a college kid. But getting it right mattered. Still does. Read more
