The food always typical McDonalds quality. However the staff was very confused and SOOOOOO slow. And it wasn?t just one order... with a problem. It was everyone. Went through the drive thru, only ordered two plain cheese burgers and a large fries. Took a long time just to pay because of... register issues, upon checking our order, the burgers were incorrect and the fries were cold. Don't think we'll be stopping backat this McDonald's anytime soon. Read more

Bugs everywhere ( even in the cup they gave me ) and the staff was smoking then did not wash his hands or wear gloves while... getting our food. there was also hair on the bacon. please go somewhere else to get food I was so discusted that I did not eveneat breakfast. Read more

Horrible service. Guy took my order. Just fries. Brought them out and I?m standing there. He put them on counter and walked... away. Came here on a road trip for a quick lunch. Walked in and the place was completely disgusting. Of 9 tables only 1 was clean... enough to eat on. The drink station is covered in trash wrappers and soda. The napkin holder was completely empty. There arebugs everywhere and food all over the floors. One of the team members had visible dirt under his finger nails. My order came outwrong on top of all of that. I can?t express enough how disgusted I am. Read more

(Edit: I'm going to start logging the events with the date) (Edit:I'm done with this place, see the bottom event) Forgotten dipping sauce 7 Forgotten ice cream 2 Wrong soda 5 Soda with no syrup3 Wrong burger 2 Stale fries 16 No salt on fries 1 Raw meat 6 Frozen McNuggets 1 Tomatoes on wife's burger(allergy) 7 June 26,2022; I ordered 4 meals and only received 2. Management tried to deny it. July 15, 2022; My burger was severely undercooked tothe point of being more raw than cooked. August 5, 2022; I ordered 4 meals and the carhop forgot to bring my drinks out. I toldthem about it and they said they'd go get them. 20 minutes later, I went in and they said they forgot about me. I grabbed thedrinks and left. November 29, 2022; The employees are fine, but I won't be back until there is new management. Someone messedup my burger and I called to be refunded for the burger I bought, and charged for the cheaper burger I received. The employeepassed me to the manager to discuss the transaction. They did well and were polite. The manager missgendered me repeatedly onthe phone and, questioned rather or not I needed a refund. She then tried to tell me the premium burger I ordered was cheaperthan the dollar burger I received. I admittedly got angry with her, and then she decided to argue with me about information Iwas given by McDonald's corporate office about how refunds worked. I gave up trying to talk to her on the phone because she keptinterrupting me and talking over me. When I went in, tossed my card on the counter, it skipped up and landed in the floor. Shescreamed assault and said she was calling the police, then tried to berate me for swearing on the phone.
