I just want to inform people that are looking at the reviews about this place memo wife live here in Bowie Texas and we only... live about 6 to 7 minutes away from them and they refuse to deliver to us we do not live far from them at all so just keep inmind if you want them to deliver to you they may refuse to service to deliver to where you are living I am not sure why theydeclined to do so but they say they do deliver but apparently they don't and they are lying either that or they're just purelazy so me and my wife are going to go to a different piece of place there in Bowie Texas where they will deliver with noproblem at all so my wife had to take my pickup to pick up the pizza ourself because they refuse to do so to deliver to pizza tous so I just want to leave a review about this for other people that think that Pizza Hut will deliver thank you Read more
GREAT PIZZA & GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! This is the only Pizza Hut I have ever been to that didn?t have that weird sweet tasting... sauce. I got the stuffed crust with pepperoni. The pizza was PURELY DELICIOUS! The peps were crispy and cheese was excellentquantity & quality. Read more

Service was terrible. (They were busy) Every time we pick up, they try to send us out without our extra dipping sauce which... already costs .70. I checked, went back to counter for it and NO ONE apologized. The person running cut table and registerproceeded to box 3 other orders and wait on 2 other customers before handing me a sauce without saying a word till i got to thedoor then muttered "Have a nice day". I waited 5-7 minutes for a sauce that took 30 seconds to grab, with no apology offered. Not the type of service I would provide to customers that keep me in a job. Read more
I waited 40 minutes for my order. I saw two people who had ordered after me get served before I did. After arriving at the store... after the intended 15-20 minute regular wait, I waited inside for another 10 to 15 minutes before hearing that my order hadn'teven been put in the oven yet. I was assured that my order would be brought to my vehicle once it was done. After waiting atotal of 40 minutes for my order I went back inside the store to ask for a refund which I was refused. I was then handed myorder which was put in the waiting oven that had been forgotten about by staff. My food was cold and I did not receive all ofthe extra sauces I had paid for. Read more
The pizza was good and I appreciated the cinnamon sticks that I got is a 'birthday present', But the curbside pickup experience... Was disappointing. I was alerted that my food was ready, I drove up to the store and followed the directions posted to text amessage to them, But it took nearly 15 minutes to get my food & I had to call (twice) & tell them I had been waiting over 10minutes. They were very busy, But there were also periods without customers when my order could have been dealt with. I watchedthrough the window, the 1st time I called, as one of the delivery guys picked up the phone and set the receiver on thecounter. The food was good, the experience not so much. Read more
Dont know how they stay in business.Done the usual wait 6 months and hope somebody else took over.Calles to place order 11/19/22... , 8:30 pm.Guy taking the order (Brian , said he was assistant manager) was so rude , and difficult to understand , that heactually made me mad enough to hang up on him.BUT , I had to call back and let him know we will never deal there again.Didntphase him one bit. Actually invited me to come to town and fight him.Leaving me to wonder if they have convicts answering phonefor them.Did yall know that Italy actually kicked pizza hut out of their country ? Read more
