One of the employees was extremely loud and rude. Made a big deal because paid for my sandwiches before she was finished taking... my girlfriends order. She then refused to put avocados on the sandwich because it was 2.75$ and we didn?t pay for it. Thendenied to ring it up so she could get it on her sandwich. I live in Bowie and have never left a review on anything but my passion for hating this particular subway inspired me. It?s... dirty and gross, every time. Ordering is awful the employees audibly complain and throw a fit about making you a sandwich, everytime. Extremely rude, every time. The food is bad, every time. I get sick, every time. The only question is, why do I go back? Igenuinely don?t know the answer to this but every 3 months or so I decide to have a very disappointing experience. Employees never seem happy and willing to want to make a sandwich. Always sighs and stating that they will get to you when they... can. Never seem to be open when it says they are open. If you don't like the job you should probably find something else to do. Read more
Customer service is phenomenal! I mentioned my son has severe food allergies. Without me even having to ask, Hunter took charge... and got fresh gloves, fresh knife and all fresh ingredients from the back cooler for my sons sandwich. Nick and Hunter werefriendly and helpful the entire visit. As a store manager I expect good customer service and Hunter went above and beyond! Keepup the good work! Read more
Not sure why this place won?t answer the phone. I see why they always look close. They need new management and customer service... skills. If I owned this business I would fire everyone that works and hire new people. This place is a joke. Read more
