My family and I always enjoy Cicis, the customer service is always phenomenal, they make pizza that you ask for if it's not on... the buffet, it's always clean and it's very well priced for the amount of food you get to consume. The downside is the arcade,it hardly ever works and games take your money alot. Read more
The employees here were incredibly kind. We asked for a spinach pizza, and mentioned the reason being because we don't eat pork... (religious reasons). Without hesitation, they said that was no problem. Ten minutes later, they brought out FIVE differentpizzas that catered to our diet, without us even asking.They were so thoughtful. Read more
The gentleman at the register was very nice. He let us know that if we wanted a certain type of pizza made, they could ablige.... It was pretty good for the choices. Could be a bit better stocked on the salad bar. Read more
I am utterly disappointed. Things were just thrown together and on top of the counter. I can tell it had NO sanitary components.... The same person making the pizza with bare hands was picking up and cleaning the tables off with bare hands. He picked up thepizza itself from the oven with bare hands. I usually wait to leave reviews but I am in the restaurant and we read this andwatching things get slid and thrown on top on the counter. I am not impressed and it is not cicis the corporation this is ahuman staff issue. Just things literally thrown on top of the counter. Disgusted. I wish I could put zero stars. Came at dinner time. There were only 3 other ppl in there. Walk in the door and bought 3 adult... buffets and 3 kids. I wish I would?ve checked the bar and surroundings first. Dirty plates and food everywhere. Bar was all oldand a complete mess. Salad lettuce looked like it was wet with something and dark (possibly mold). We wiped down our own tableand chairs with wipes from our car but dirt is so caked on it didn?t help much. 3 of the fountain drinks were out. I literallywatched the guy mopping the floor walk straight to the bar and make a bowl of noodles and sauce and never wash his hands. Theentire staff was cussing and screaming and laughing and on their phones the entire time. I ate one piece of pizza and left.Honestly I would be so embarrassed to be the owner of this place. There is no management and it?s so dirty a gas station hashigher standards. NOTHING has been cleaned in this place. Literally NOTHING. Handles, chairs, tables, etc ALL of it needs to bethrown away and replaced. It?s not even cleanable at this point. Just ok for Cicis. Not the best, not the worst. Some wait time on pizza to be prepared. No brownies at this location. Why?
The ABSOLUTE WORST buffet I?ve ever seen. If that?s even what you want to call it. I spent $35 for 4 drinks, 3 adult buffets,... cause aren?t all 11 yr olds considered adults, & 1 kid buffet. My daughter & I didn?t even eat! It was just pitiful! I?ll neverbe back! Same pizza up there before we arrived & after we left. Either burned or undercooked. No selection.
