Pricey for a cinnamon roll, but it was good.
Customer service awful!!!! Took 10 mins for cashier to get the lid put on Ice coffee cup and than it still leaked cinnamon buns... were not even up 2 par!! For $10 for those 2 items definitely not worth the $ not at all Read more
I'm not a sweets person, however I also believe either go big or go home. Trying Cinnabon for the first time, their products... are amazing! Usually love these cinnamon rolls, and service is consistently great, but two I bought since their reopening we?re off. Layers... were tough as if the dough didn?t rise before baking. Hopefully the next ones will be better. Read more
We went by here on our way out of the mall, ready for a cup of coffee and a cinnamon roll while my kids swim in the hotel pool.... We were a bit disappointed when our bons were very stale. I called and they immediately offered to replace them if I was stillin the area. So I'm now about to head back (thankfully were right next door) and get my fresh bons. They were very polite andaccommodating. I give 5 stars for how they handled the situation. Of course I'm bummed I have to go back, but stuff happens, andthey handled it exactly as I hoped they would. I don't normally like to review chains, but I had to drop a quick note about this Cinnabon. A group of friends and I stopped by... this location on a Sunday afternoon, just to get a quick snack and chat. The menu is just like any other Cinnabon, and theyprovide the same cinnamon buns that you've come to know and love over the years (just don't make the same mistake as us and lookat the calories -___-). The location is easy to access even though it's inside the mall, and is actually a great hub to hang outand just take a moment to relax as everyone is going about their busy days. Cinnabon itself doesn't have much seating outsideof a handful of swivel chairs that are right outside their Kitchen (ish) area, and that turned out to be a mesmerizingexperience for the four of us (20-somethings). Seeing how the whole process is executed is really neat, and definitely addsanother level of appreciation for the treat that is created at the end. The Cinnabon Professional Baker was very nice to us andchatted with us about Cinnamon Buns along the way. Great team of people at this location and a great execution of a solidproduct.
