I picked up my order in the store on September 28, 2022. My cost was $30.72. When I checked my bank account the next day I was... charged $35.72. We always place our orders via app but While visiting bowling green, we tried attempting to order via online app but the request... did not go through so we tried calling the store but no one picked. We finally went to the store and placed our order of 1medium pizza and garlic knots. Since it would take 20 mins, we thought of going to our hotel and come back to pick up. When wentback to Pick up, they forgot about our garlic knots and started making at that time due to which we had to wait for another 20mins. I never had any issues with any dominoes stores hence this was very surprising. I assume they have lot of orders hereconsidering it?s tourist location and less folks but messing up order or so Much wait time for a franchise like dominoes wasupsetting. Read more
Was so hot in there. Ordered online said that it would be ready in 10 to 20 minutes I get there 20 min later and they had not... even started it yet so I had to wait another 15 minutes for them to finish it. I always order my pizza with extra sauce and well done crust...rarely does it happen...the pizza and chicken can be good but... there appears to be no emphasis on following instructions for custom ordering. If it is too difficult dont offer it on the appor train your employees to follow the protocols set by your company. Read more
When you say pizza you think dominoes or at. Least my family and friends do. You guys know that im going give it to you... straight. At first was going to give them the very worse review i had ever written. However i said no ill wait and talk to themanager about it. Well at first thought i was glad that i did. I spoke with Vernice. This woman was nice and kind and reallyunderstood. You guys know how funny i am about my food. Now shes offered to even remake my food herself. So i was like ok do iordered the alfredo chicken pasta add bannana peppers. I ask her about how long, she told me 25-30 i was like cool. Folks i gotthis food 1.5 hours later. There is another manager named Stevie. When i called back yet again to inquire about my food shesnapped at me "its coming out of the oven now". Then she said im delivering it myself. Needless to say it was ice cold. Notblended. This Stevie lady i hope you guys never have to deal with her, cause she thought this was funny. Well i dont and imtaking it personally. Now im a die hard you going to do it right or refund my money. Well i finally got the GM Garrett. This manis on point never trying to make excuses. Never one time saying oh its because were so busy. He gave me my money back. Then hesask me to call him for another chance at food on them. You guys know i will usually say no. This time im going to see whathappens. Awful!! Pizza was cold, it was 15 minutes late, and the chicken bites are not only a joke they shorted us 4 !!
