This is my favorite place! I love the staff! The most friendly people! My order is always made right, and they always get me... taken care of. I can?t get coffee anywhere else, they just do it the best! The store is always nice, and clean. Everyone alwayshas a good attitude, not only to me, but to other customers. From day one they have messed up my order and we go there everyday. Some days u can go there and they are okay but there this... one lady that just has something against us . And are food always messed up and we don't get where spot to get . I don'tunderstand how you can keep messing up ppl order and know they don't even wanna fix there mess up . This Dunkin? location always has the best coffees! Stop in 3-4 times a week! The workers/managers/ owners are always great and... have great customer service! The food is normally good but the new guy at the window in the morning is really rude and mean. Also the food is very hit or... miss I got a muffin and it was busted and practically missing the top and honestly the bagels are kinda hard and chewy. 4yo Grandson was having surgery across the street & I ordered mobile & ran over to get his mom something to eat & a donut for... him when he was done. They got the MOBILE order totally wrong & I didn't know until I got back to the hospital. Had to leave thehospital again with my grandson IN SURGERY to go get the correct order. One of the items was supposed to be a WARMED muffin & ithad definitely never been warmed at all! The employee was rude when I suggested they refund my daughter's money for THEIRmistake & all the trouble. Shoddy business practices! Read more
