Ordered a double meatball sub with extra cheese. Got no extra meat balls or cheese, when I told them I had a double meat sub... they put 5 or 6 meat balls in a cup and handed them to me. Pretty bad for an 18 dollar sub. Every other fire houses has been 5star for me. Not here. Read more
Smokehouse brisket, so good! We went around 6pm and there was only one group of people there eating. Only disappointment was... that they were out of pickles. Haven't had a bad meal from there yet but I don't frequent there a lot. Read more
Store is under new ownership as of October 2020. This review only applies to the old ownership. I have edited this review... 11.3.20. The food is and has always been awesome. The only problem I had was with the way people were treated before the newowner. I always order the brisket. Last time they gave a whole different sandwich. This time cold turkey meat instead ofbrisket. Called, I am very friendly. Manager laid the phone down and just wouldnt talk to me. Several times I have called andthey just lay the phone down and never pick it up. I get it. The manager doesnt care, the employees don't care, and the ownereither doesn't know, or doesn't care. We order 4-8 sandwiches at a time for lunch. I highly recommend that you do not spend apenny here. They don't care about thier customers. That attitude will not result in a sanitary food, happy customers, or profit.Really just could not care less about you getting what you pay for. In response to Firehouse. My problem is not the food. Myproblem is this is not the first time they have just set down the phone. We have tried to order and they do it. Really who everis running the store is not in charge of the store. Won't ever come on lunch rush anymore. The soda machine was out of cherry limeaid regular and light, and I didn't get my pickle... with my sandwich. Best time to come is after 5pm. Read more
Great place to grab a well made sub. My wife loves their loaded potato soup.
