Not what I expected. The food was good but not exceptional. If you can't cook you would probably think it was amazing. The... waitress was attentive but kind of pushy about the tip. I am the kind of tipper people in the service industry love to see but Idon't like feeling like they expect a great tip. I paid for our meals and she didn't want to give me any change back. The billwas like $41 and all I had was three twenties for change. She didn't deserve a 33% tip. Entitled I suppose. Read more

I ordered a large order online before the store even opened and even called at 5:00 to make sure that I was going to be fine... with the order it was four chicken tender family meals I was told that yes they had my order whenever I got there to pick it upat 8:00 tonight it was not ready I waited for 25 minutes for it to get ready and then I was told that it was a large order andit was Saturday night and they did the best that they could do even though they knew the order was going to be picked up at 8:00before the store even open so as they open the store that morning they know that they were going to have an order for fourchicken tender family meals to be picked up at 8:00. I also ordered two gallons of lemonade and 2 gallon of sweet tea but onlygot two gallons of lemonade and two small cups of sweet tea whenever I ask for more sweet tea I was told that I would have topurchase it if I was going to get any more sweet tea we'll probably not be back Read more

Save yourself the trip. Ordered One cheeseburger online at 12:52. Pick up was 1:12p I waited, waited, waited. 1:28 I go... inside. Waited another 4 min. Food isn?t insight. I go to host stand there are 5 waitresses/host hanging out. One lady who isvery nice, been there for years, help me. She went and found my now, luke warm, food and told me that it should have beenplaced on the pick up table because I ordered through Google and I would have needed to have come in anyways. I said OK WAS itplaced on the pick up table? She said no it didn?t make it there either. My car is clearly on the monitor screen, no otheroccupied cars in the ?pick up? spots. She hands me food. I read the sign on the ?pickup table?, says DELIVERY TOGO ORDERS. Icheck the food containers in my car; no rolls, no butter, no ketchup, no receipt. Uhg. I go back inside. Im met with anotherlady. Nice experience. Our waitress was excellent! Quick response to a minor issue that was of no fault of hers was excellent! Their... twist on a Bahama Mama was on point and the country style and regular straps weren't dry at all in fact moist and well-seasoned. BTW I just moved "home" to Kentucky and will definitely return! Thnx staff ps- special shout-out to young lady that seated uspromptly (she wore a bun or bun-like hairdo). Read more

Waited 15 minutes before being acknowledged by staff. We had to wait another 10 minutes before being seated. Waitress was... extremely rude and it took ,45 minutes for our food. We were never given rolls or offered refills. We had to ask 2 times fordipping sauce. Food was cold when we finally got it. Not impressed at all. Very disappointed and will not be returning. Not the best O'Charley's food that I've had but it wasn't bad. The peaches in my peach cobbler were not cooked all the way... through and it felt like they just microwaved it to heat it up because it did not feel hot it just felt warm. The cheese theyput in the potato soup wasn't even melted all the way through I just stir it up to get it to melt. But my server was good. Read more

Have ate here many times and enjoyed it. But the food has slowly become below mediocre. This past time was the absolute worst;... the rolls were almost raw, the salad had rotting lettuce in it and the potatoe soup had no potatoes or bacon bits in it at alland the drinks had no ice. Service from our waiter was great! But the food absolutely horrible! First we got the spinach and artichoke dip and it was like... cold, like it had set there for a good 20 minutes, I had our server take it back and asked if maybe we could have a hot one,some other person brought it back out and you could tell 100% it was the same one we sent back, it looked like they took thatone back stuck it in the microwave and put cheese on top, Burger was not like I asked at all.
