I ordered the fried egg, sausage and cheese on brioche bun. The delivery person dropped my food at the wrong apartment building.... I had to go searching for the food. Then when I get the food it os horrible. The egg is fried hard and it was suppose to be overeasy. Cold was extremely cold and the cheese had started to harden. I would give zero starts if I could!! I went to Panera to enjoy some soup and have some peace in my morning! The worker named Dawn was out of line the way she not... only spoke to me but her workers. She belittled a couple of the young women working the counter. Panera did not bring me peaceat all and I will not be coming back bc who wants to eat soup while younger women are getting yelled at for in my opinion noreason. Read more

I ordered take out, but since it wasn't busy inside, we dined in. The cashier even gave us free drinks. The strawberry poppy... salad was full of tasty fruit and chicken. Fantastic place. Read more

Panera is rather pricey. Their claim to clean food needs to be preceded by a clean restaurant. I did not get pictures of the... restrooms but they were no better than the dining area. While we were eating our meal a filthy homeless man came in and sat atthe table next to us. It was clear he had no intentions of dining and was only there to sleep since he laid down. He had driedsweat rings all over his shirt and the odor was fowl, especially while trying to eat. When you pay Panera prices you should beable to enjoy your meal in a clean environment not a soup kitchen! Read more

Came for coffee and soup and to meet a friend. No tables were clean. I asked that someone come and clear and wipe tables. They... said they would. 7 minutes later my order was ready but I had no where to sit. I finally found a table that was acceptable andsat there. Several minutes later someone came out to wipe tables. The excuse I was given was, ?We?re a little short staffed.? Iget it, but if you have a clean place, you keep customers. Read more

Sadly, Panera has let me down. Believe me when I say, I have tried and tried and tried to let them redeem themselves. It... started a few years back when the salads I was receiving were wilted, old and not editable. The service started lacking and Ifinally called to let corporate know they were loosing business. I gave it about 6 months and went back to try again. Sameproblems with a little price increase and decreased portion sizes. I tried again after several months and then one last tryyesterday and...that's it! What happened Panera? The drive-thru service was good, but my food was not. My fuji chicken saladwas missing the chicken, and I had to pick out the wilted and slimmy lettuce before finally deciding it wasn't worth it. Surelythey can get coffee and a bagel or souffle right. But then again, I'm not sure I want to risk it. I'm only giving them a 3because they still have potential. Please do better. Read more

Panera usually has great food and pastries. It can be pricey for a family of four to eat. Tried the new warm mediterranean... bowl and it was delicious. Pastries are always good and the chocolate chipper has never let me down. This one was warm and wasthe best! The new look in this store is a nice change and really makes the place feel safe and clean during these difficulttimes. Read more
