This is the worst location in Bowling Green . My order is never correct. Today I was given someone else's order. Drove back with... my receipt and the order . They knew I had the wrong order and was given hard small wings and barely filled my sides. Noapologies, coupons,or dessert was even offered. I will never return to this location. This location would be so much better if they work on their customer service skills. While I understand that this is a busy,... understaffed location, being polite rather than passively aggressive to your customers will go a long way. Simply smiling andaddressing waiting customers, letting them know you will be with them in just a moment is a quick action that can be doneinstead of ignoring and than catching an attitude when they say they?ve been waiting a while. Amazing staff that actually care about the customer and the order. I talked with Danielle and she was an absolute sweetheart!... Super helpful and patient with me while DoorDash was being difficult with them all day. Overworked staff should be paid more $15minimum wage for all the employees! Read more

Just logged on for my first ever review! To tell you this place is the worst Popeyes location I?ve ever been to. Now don?t get... me wrong I?m a huge advocate for Popeyes! I have told countless people that Popeyes will cater my wedding. But not this one. 8out of the last 10 times I?ve been here, my order has been wrong. Whether they forgot the sauce, switched up my sides, shortedmy tenders, and sometimes just flat out forget food items that I paid for. I?m over it. Had not been to this location since its first grand opening days of super long lines. Now it's just Popeyes. So the place looked... clean and staff was decently pleasant. Food came out quickly (not very busy) and was at an adequate temperature and tasty.Chicken sandwich was good.. still on fence of who has the better sandwich though. So much better than the Louisville Rd location. Employees are always professional, considerant, and friendly! Can't say much... about the rest of the food, but the spicy chicken sandwich has never disappointed at this location. Always plumb, hot, andjuicy, while the fries are always fresh.
