Succeed above and beyond with a short staffed crew, but teamwork is really what this Rally's was at the height of lunch hour... rush!!! Not one thing was overlooked while they ran in unison. We want you guys to know, that the men stepped up and unload thetruck and stocked the freezer, while the ladies flipped patties, dropped fries and got the orders out the windows, steamy hot,and no complaints,loud voices,or dirty words uttered. Your food is great I'd give 5 stars but your customer service skills are below zero because for the record not everyone is... trying to score free meals so when a customer complains don't treat them like they are asking for a handout . And yes I have myreceipt but that's beside the point . If you mess up my order you replace it is that not the goal? And also it's tacky whenrestaurant ask for the other food back I mean you can have it but ...what you gonna do with it? I only enjoy having Rally?s every once in a while, but it seems like it used to be WAY better than what it is now. Even their... fries (which are still good) used to be AMAZING! The milkshake machine has been broken the last 3 times I?ve been there. Again,which isn?t very often. However, they always have ice cream. Rally?s isn?t known for their milkshakes, but I like thatartificial banana flavor milkshakes. Reminds me of the banana ?Laffy Taffy?s?. In all it?s nice to have once in a while, foodis fresh, good service and order is always right. If you enjoy fast food and have never had Rally?s/Checkers I recommend tryingit! Just remember to try the fries because that?s what differentiated them from McDonald?s, Wendy?s, Hardee?s etc. You?reeither gonna love them or hate them! Read more
