We purchased two bacon, sausage and pepporoni calzones today (9/9/2022) and at the Sbarro located in the Greenwood Mall and my... husband bit into a METAL BOLT in the middle of his calzone. This bolt chipped his tooth but could have caused much more damagehad it been swallowed. Absolutely unacceptable! We contacted corporate immediately. We demanded a refund despite the Managertrying to remake our food, now we have to pay to get my husband's tooth fixed! Read more
Wish i could give no stars. As a paying customer a fresh pizza was brought out and put on the stand. I asked for 2 slices of... pepperoni. The guys brings up 2 slices pepperoni from i dont know where and tell me i cant have the new one displayed i have tobasically have the old ones that were left prior that were not displayed. No thank you. Disappointed because i wanted more thanjust pizza but i left with nothing. Read more
Just went to the store at Greenwood Mall in Bowling Green. I asked for a fresh slice of pizza that came out of the oven and... Sarah refused to sell me the slice I wanted to buy. I'm calling Corporate. This was not appropriate and I will never buy Sbarroagain. Thank you for the outrageous service. Read more

I would give this rating no stars if it was possible. I went to the went to their website ordered a pizza paid for the pizza... using my debit card was given a time to pick up the pizza. I got to the mall to pick the pizza up and there wasn't anyoneworking. There were no pizzas in the windows, no employees, there's no movement of life at all. Their website did not indicatethat they were closed it was 4:30 in the afternoon. If they don't have enough help to open their store they need to disable theability to order and pay online. I am out $18.01 and no pizza not to mention my time. Read more
Not exactly friendly in your face service, but ok pizza. It kind of taste like the crust comes from the walmart freezer section.... Kind of pricey at 7$ for a slice and a small drink. Read more
