Food was fantastic in the past and now it's kinda blah. Asked for well done chicken on the last visit because the previous few... times it's been chewy and undercooked. The staff responded they always well done the chicken. Per the normal anymore, thechicken was rubbery and undercooked. The steak has been nothing but gristle on the last several trips as well. This location is awful. I live out by this one so it?s more convenient to go to rather than all the way across town. Im pregnant... and I have been sold raw and undercooked food 4 times now from this location. The first time I asked what sushi rolls werecooked, and specified that everything in them had to be cooked. I got halfway thru my second roll before I realized that it wasa fried roll with raw salmon. The last three times including just about 30 minutes ago we told the guy we wanted a FRIED chickenteriyaki bowl, not steamed. All of my food has to be cooked all the way thru since I?m pregnant. He said ?yeah everything in thebowl is fried and chicken is well done.? I get home with my food and it?s not fully cooked! My boyfriend is on the way back & Itold him to ask for a manager and tell them that if they can?t go watch the cook make everything completely cooked thru then weneed a full refund. I?m usually not the type to leave bad reviews or any reviews for that matter but I?m absolutely fed up. Thisrestaurant is by far the worst of the three shoguns in bowling green. Read more
Great food we do take out a lot. Love the tuna bowl and sushi.
I am totally disappointed in the quality of my order tonight. Delivery service was fine. One of the items I ordered was Crab... Rangoon and I only received three pieces versus the five that the store said they put in an order. Not only was I shorted, butthe product was cold. In addition, I ordered my shrimp dish to be extra spicy only to be told by the store (once I complained)that they do not do that even if it is requested online. All in all, I am very disappointed, in an overpriced meal that Ireceived. I will not be ordering from here in the future. Read more
