We went there today after seeing the tv commercials. Now this is just my experience. This doesn't mean the place is bad. I had... the catfish meal. Four pieces of " catfish" 2 had a very small piece of fish under the thick crust. The other 2 were prettymuch just crust. Hush puppies were the size of a quarter. Tarter sauce tasted like it had cinnamon in it. My girlfriend that wasexcited about getting the Gyro. Was so disappointed she just took one small bite of the meat and no more. Portions were huge, the prices were better than reasonable and the food was fantastic. Chicken Tenders were delicious and... perfectly cooked. Fish was too. None of the breading was overdone and too thick to hide inferior meat, but they were wellcovered and flavorful. Combo basket was loaded with fries and the hush puppies were awesome also. Wings were great, as were allof the sauces. The only thing I didn?t really care for was the slaw. But that?s just personal taste. Fast too. I?ll definitelybe back next time I?m in town. Read more
I have never had a bad meal at Ski Daddy's but I always get the same thing...the catfish meal! The fish is always hot and... crunchy with seasoned fries and hush puppies. The food is made to order so busy lunch times can make for a wait for your food.Desserts are tasty, staff is super courteous and friendly, and they welcome everyone to the clean restaurant. Not to bad. I had the chicken tender meal and my husband had the fish and chicken combo. The drinks are separate with refill.... The fries were good, a bit salty, he thought that the portions of fish a little small but not to bad. Hushpuppies were good. Ithought the chicken was good. We will come back.
