1st visit, looked at menu online decided brisket plate. Got to restruant, hospitality was expected and it was straight to... business, plate was listed at $15.59. Once ordered I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip. Being small town I decided to leave$1. for good faith.. While it's not Kansas City BBQ I would place it right up at the top of any great BBQ list. The brisket was some of the most... tender I've ever had. The vinegar based hot sauce is way to runny to have it on bread so I just poured it over the top of mymeat and enjoyed!! The sides I chose were slaw (also vinegar based) and potato salad. Everything was good. The food was awesome. The best that I can remember it was around 30 dollars for the wife and I to eat. The... only thing that I didn't like was them asking me to give a tip. They don't bring the food to your table or drinks. The onlything they are doing is making your food in the kitchen. It's kinda like going to a fast food restaurant and the person in thedrive-thru asking for a tip. Read more
