Stalls often out of order. Wait times are often too long. Restaurants almost always understaffed. They don't have the thing you... ordered online? Too bad, they most likely won't refund it. Sonic is a dying chain. Read more

I think we all can agree that time is money. So when I spend my time sitting on an order that was never intended to be filled in... the first place because the store shut down early, but the app continue to take orders because the manager didn't time to shutdown app ordering, that upset me. I always like to order in the app because I feel like it's quicker and better for everybodyall around. But I would expect the courtesy of an order not being accepted if it can't be fulfilled. I asked Isaiah why hedidn't turn off the app orders, he said he didn't have time, "because sometimes it takes a minute; it freezes up and stuff". Literally sat waiting to place an order in the drive through for over 30 minutes because there is only ONE employee working the... entire place (orders, cooking, and serving)! RIDICULOUS! We felt sorry for the girl! Kick it up Sonic! They have signs up atall the car hops that they don?t have enough help to serve except in the drive through. Apparently they don?t have enough toserve the drive through either! Kudos to the girl working her tail off alone! Read more

On several occasions, counting almost 10, I've pulled into the booths to order. However, most often, the screens aren't working... and employees aren't capable of answering. I would not recommend this Sonic location to anyone passing through. It seems thatthe employees would rather hang around inside and chit chat than serve customers, or even talk to customers. However, the newlocation on Russellville Road has fantastic customer service. No delays when arriving to order the food and the employees actualperform their duties at this location. Should be better off closing this location down as it's just a money pit with how theemployees can't function in a simple job. Shame, what a waste. Put a Moe's Southwest Bar and Grill there instead. When all you order is a drink and you have to continuously push the order button (for 15 MINS!?), AND never receive a reply,... this is BEYOND pathetic, and I can think of no excuse where it should be acceptable. Oh, did I mention I ordered through theapp?!? Also did I mention that after my 15 min wait I finally got a response that stated, "We are only operating through thedrive through."??? Yesterday attempted to order food. 25 minutes of activating the red button no one answered. Drove away and saw two employees... sitting outside. Yes, everyone deserves a break but it would have been nice to have know they were on break. Tried to order onDoorDash and they said that this restaurant would not give over the food. Haha. I?ll never go to another sonic here in BowlingGreen. Read more

Ordered on the app 1/2 price drinks. Could not check in when we arrived,system problem. Buzzed in on the order board but they... did not have our order. Somehow they were able to charge us for the order but they couldn't fill it (it was already charged toour bank card) Finally was able to resolve the problem after visiting the service/employ entrance. Was suprised that no one cameto us to help with the issue. Drinks were good, service... not so much Read more

I never write reviews but this honestly needs to be addressed. Me and a friend came to sonic after work to get something to eat.... We went to the drive in and waited almost 10 mins after we pressed the red button and no response. Finally went to drive thruand ordered. When we got to the window Mikayla, the worker, took a while to acknowledge us and when she did it was with a badattitude. Handed us our food and spilled some of our meal which was popcorn chicken and half of it was spilt out. She juststared at it. Didn?t apologize or clean up the mess or offer us more of our meal. Also got a cherry limeade slush and it was noteven mixed up at all. It just looked white on top and barely anything in the bottom. It?s was disgusting. It just really tastedlike ice. And also it was leaking all on the sides. We love sonic a lot but we was absolutely disappointed in the service we gottoday. Read more
