I order a large pumpkin spice Frappuccino with a pumpkin spice latte in the drive thur. The lady tells me my total and I pull... forward to the window to pay for my drinks I hand her my card and pay for it the transaction go threw on my end cause I got thenotification on my phone about it. Then she tell me I need your card again cause it didn?t go threw at that point I showed herthe transaction we?re it went threw on my mobile bank app. so I gave her my card again then she tells me it didn?t go threw onhere end. So after it was all said and done she ended up charging me $12.40 three different times with my card so I ended uppaying $37.20 for only two drinks. Maybe the worst Starbucks of which I?ve been a patron. Ordered a pour over and two breakfast sandwiches. Hit sandwiches came up,... no call out notification. Realized they?d been sitting there for 10 minutes, so picked them up. They?re cold. Asked about thecoffee and was told it was still dripping. I asked why the sandwiches came up so much earlier than the coffee. Was scolded with?that?s the timing?. Gave me the coffee. It was barely luke warm. The redhead does not care. Traveling so didn?t have time towait for replacements. It sucked and makes me question having a gold Starbucks card, which I used for the purchase. Read more
I get the same simple drink every time and it tastes different every single time. Also, I waited for my drink one time and turns... out it was never put in the system after I paid so I waited 20 min for nothing. Employees aren?t usually friendly either. Friendly staff, everything always comes out right and pretty fast. This particular location does have long lines.
Although my order yesterday was not correct, it was still a tasty drink and it was a first oops in this location. The staff is... very sweet and you could see they know their craft. They complete your order in a great timely manner and I love their varietyin coffee mugs to purchase. I bought these color changing cups(10 pk) and this gorgeous gold mermaid coffee mug. Read more
