One of the worst Taco Bell experiences I've had. Unprofessional staff and prepared food incorrectly.
Taco Bell at 31W US By Pass in Bowling Green KY. Arrived at 12:08pm this afternoon and had me waiting with no communication at... all. Bobby answered the phone and was very rude and unprofessional. There was a black guy with locs that was mind blowing withthe horrible service. This was my first two Door Dash orders and the service was horrible. They forget Ashley items in herorder. And made me wait without apologizing or solving the issue. This is why I don?t eat Taco Bell YALL haven?t changed not onebit. I?ve been gone from BG for 10 years and y?all service has not changed not one bit. Called customer service and it went from13 to 16 to 12 back to 16 minutes. This is awful and unacceptable of how I was treated by your manager and employees. They allneed to be fired and you need to hire employees who actually like working in fast food! Ordered via mobile & selected Drive Thru as pickup option. After waiting 2 cars to get to speaker, they tell me they can check... me in but I have to come inside to get mobile orders????.... Once you're in this line you can't get out or go around. Its a 1lane line. So I had to wait 15 mins in Drive Thru line, to go around building to go inside. Once inside, still had to waitanother 10mins for my order to be done, even though they supposedly checked me in while I waited in line 15 mins prior.
