One of the worst Taco Bell experiences I've had. Unprofessional staff and prepared food incorrectly.
Taco Bell at 31W US By Pass in Bowling Green KY. Arrived at 12:08pm this afternoon and had me waiting with no communication at... all. Bobby answered the phone and was very rude and unprofessional. There was a black guy with locs that was mind blowing withthe horrible service. This was my first two Door Dash orders and the service was horrible. They forget Ashley items in herorder. And made me wait without apologizing or solving the issue. This is why I don?t eat Taco Bell YALL haven?t changed not onebit. I?ve been gone from BG for 10 years and y?all service has not changed not one bit. Called customer service and it went from13 to 16 to 12 back to 16 minutes. This is awful and unacceptable of how I was treated by your manager and employees. They allneed to be fired and you need to hire employees who actually like working in fast food! Ordered via mobile & selected Drive Thru as pickup option. After waiting 2 cars to get to speaker, they tell me they can check... me in but I have to come inside to get mobile orders????.... Once you're in this line you can't get out or go around. Its a 1lane line. So I had to wait 15 mins in Drive Thru line, to go around building to go inside. Once inside, still had to waitanother 10mins for my order to be done, even though they supposedly checked me in while I waited in line 15 mins prior. Iunderstand places are short staffed but just doesn't make sense. Remove the Drive Thru option if it's not an option! Read more

waited in the drive thru line for ten minutes with only one car ahead of me, pulled up to the window, they immediately took my... money, waited at window for fifteen more minutes, was handed a bag of food and then asked to give it back because they got theorders mixed up, then i was asked to pull up to remake my order. while waiting for my food to be ?remade? they had pulled up thecar behind me as well. an employee brought out a bag of food and gave it to the car that was pulled up AFTER me. waited fifteenmore minutes after being pulled up before my food was brought to me. a total of 45 minutes wait time. once i got home i foundthat the order i received was still not the correct order. when i called and asked for a manager i was told that no manager wasworking. and when i explained my situation and told them that i live thirty minutes away and was unable to make it back to therestaurant to hopefully have my food be remade properly this time, i was told that they could not do anything or refund me formy time wasted. will never be back. I walked in restaurant. Had to wait to b waited on. Cashier finally came up. Forgot to give me my receipts for both orders.... While I was waiting on my order, a Caucasian woman came in later after me. The whole cashier staff broke their neck to wait onher. Made me feel like she was more important than me.
