This is the second time at this location that I?ve ordered the Doritos locos tacos and the number 3 supreme soft tacos meal and... two of the 5 layered burritos and the tacos; none of them had tomatoes or sour cream. This is the worst Taco Bell in regards to staff. I came one day with a mobile order at 10am and there were employees inside but... no one would answer the speaker or come to the window. They were open and after waiting for 30 minutes I went to another one.Tonight I decided to come again after a month since that occurred and I see a line of people in the drive thru at 7pm on aSaturday night and numerous people start backing out of the drive thru line. This place did not have lettuce again and when we went through the drive in they only gave us half our order. When we came back... around to get the other half we found out they made both our orders wrong. The wrapping of the food was very messy and firsttime I've seen grease drip out of taco bell wrapping paper. There was a lot of clean up after eating but I do say they aretraining new people, hopefully it gets better? Read more
Put in an order nearly 50 minutes before *close* 1am... get stuck in the drive through lane trapped between cars for 20 minutes... 1230am they tell us they are out of meat and they won't cook more. Thankfully the gentleman hollered that news to us and the 3cars behind me backed out and we canceled our online order and left. Absolutely ludicrous they refuse to cook 30? 50 minutesbefore close? If you don't have the food you have bad management who can't order properly. If it's manpower, you have badmanagement. Wasted 50 minutes in the car going to, waiting trapped, going home from yall. This is my favorite Taco Bell in Bowling Green. The one on Scottsville Rd is much closer but I don?t mind to make the drive to... this location. Yes, the wait can be long but that?s because they?re short staffed; the employees are doing their best! I?venever had issues with anything being incorrect, and they?ve only forgot a thing of chips once. What kind of nasty place is this? First of all, we ordered on the app, then went to pick it up and we were told they didnt have... anything we ordered on the app. They ran out. No biggie, but the girl at the speaker had a very rude attitude about it. Iordered different food in the drive thru, waited a while, tried to be patient. Then i get my food, and I'm met with attitude, isay thanks, she gives me a dirty look and closes the window. OK. Fine. I get back to work and go to eat my meal, and of coursethere are multiple, LONG, hairs that were mixed in cheese. Disgusting. All around. NASTY attitudes and NASTY kitchen. Read more
Arrived at 840 AM pulled up to the screen to order waited a good min no one answered I drive up to window not a single person... inside. I go to the front door it?s locked. Saw one person inside walking around. These guys open at 8 am I arrived at 840 amthey refused to answer door phone or anything else. This place is a joke without any management skills. Not bad, wait was a little long for there only to be 2 people in lobby already served and 1 car in drivethru. We got the deluxe... craving meals with supreme steak chalupas. Everything was fine except one of the chalupas literally had 3 little prices of steakin it covered by lettuce, took it up to get it fixed and pointed out the issue to the employee up front who was nice andimmediately took it to be remade. Only main issue I had was the fact the lady on the line that starting remaking it very loudlykept asking what was wrong with it and complained the entire time she remade the one chalupas.
