Food was good but when my brother & I went through the drive thru we parked to eat and I realized I needed salt. Went to go in... and get some instead of going through the mile long drive thru again and all of the doors were locked to the lobby. As we sat inthe parking lot & ate numerous other people went to go inside so as to avoid the very long drive thru line and they all turnedaround and left because of the locked doors. I will say one thing and one thing only. Do NOT have a sign on your door saying your lobby opens at 7am if you don't open until... 11am. Food was good, customer service leaves ALOT to be desired...... Read more
Placed a mobile order and the app never told me that you couldn?t go inside the restaurant. I choose to go inside to pick up... because drive thru is always backed up. Got to the restaurant and doors were locked. Had to wait in the drive thru for 30minutes because they wouldn?t refund my money. I called inside and they told me that they would not bring it out to me or let meinside. Apparently these doors have been closed since Covid first hit. The app should tell you these things and if they won?tlet you inside then they should at least bring it to you. That?s the whole point of ordering through the app is to save time. Read more
Came through the drive through last night at 9:33pm to order food. Because my friend was taking a couple minutes to decide what... she wanted, the girl taking our order rudely said, "are y'all gonna order or what? We're closing soon." First, the service was absolutely wonderful. As a former restaurant GM I would take great service over bad food that great food... over bad service. Now, the food was a long the line of less than acceptable in it's taste, and more importantly amount, that Imost likely have this restaurant as the last fast food restaurant I would ever visit in Bowling Green. All food was cold, and Ilive less than 5 mins away, there was not much taste to it but, more importantly to me was the amount was extremelyinsufficient. My chicken was completely covered by my biscuit but, even worse, my biscuit and gravy had less than 1/3 of 1 pattyon the entire entree. 1/3of 1 patty as the ONLY source of meat on the entire entree. I do not allow my emotions to take over inlife but, if things were different, I would most likely have a much, much "less than pleasant" attitude to accompany thisreview. Very, very disappointed. This Wendy's here is horrible! Bunch of teenage kids working the night shift. The doors were locked at 9:27pm, when they... currently close at 10. Even though their hours say midnight on Google. Had to walk to drive through window to advise that herdoors were locked. She continued to say that "I'm sorry but we are closed". I said that the door says 10pm and it is only9:27pm. She asked if I needed anything and I said yes I need inside to use the bathroom. She said to hold on and she would askher manager if she could open the door. Waited at the door went in. Smells funny, floors were sticky throught the entireestablishment, and the bathrooms don't get me started! Urine and feces on the toilets. Horrible!!! Just pitiful!
