I swear they don?t believe in bagging items. They are all rude, impatient and never have they offered a bag for the items at... purchase and if you ask them to bag it, they seem unconvinced by my request. Gotten to the point where I go out of my way totravel a further distance for a different Casey?s for a store that has polite, patient and helpful employees that aren?tinconvenienced by bagging items. The cashier I have had lately is very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. The jelly in the donuts was very very sour the... other day and one of their cake donuts was horrible dry, but this is NOT their norm. I do think they are way more expensivethan any of the other gast stations in town but they offer more variety. I love that they have a slushy machine that is ready togo early in the morning. (Warning, contains graphic content) Restroom toilet seat was covered, on both sides, in smeared feces. I notified the clerk... and the reaction was wishy-washy with minimal level of concern. When I mentioned I would have to clean it to use it the clerkstood silent with no reaction. Unfortunately due to the urgency of needing to use it I had to clean up someone else's fecesmyself. I was handed paper towels and a spray bottle. Disgusting does not begin to express the situation. When the clerknotified the manager, their reaction was 'whatever.' I also tried to get a drink from the soda fountain location and found onlysmall cups available. But, at this point the lack of cup sizes was the least of my concern. Made an 68.00 order for dinner. Verified I called the correct number and was at the correct store. To my families demise Suzie... stated we did not order at her store. During the time of waiting to be waited on it made me happy my food was not going toprepared there due to the un healthy conditions the pizzas were made. Suzie , the cook was handling a large bag of trash whileat the same time was preparing pizza orders. No gloved we?re worn and her hair was hanging all over her head as well as neveronce seeing her never wash her hand! Wow! This could be a hazard for consumers to have hair in their food. A hazard to thepublic during obvious pandemic times! The young lady Ashley did try to assist she confirmed with me that the number that wecalled was definitely their number. This was a horrible experience and the services there will never be a place We will stopduring travels. Gas station is clean and staff is friendly, the coffee machines are usually empty and the gas pumps never print your receipt.... The station is under staffed and pizza orders are late due to it. Read more
Ok...I've been to Casey's stores all up I-70 and 61 and they're pretty predictable. My kids love their taco pizza, but this one... was the smallest 'large' I've ever seen at a Caseys and there are hardly any chips on it. I didn't have time to go back in but Iwas seriously frustrated when I opened this box. Read more
