I ordered a birthday cake for my son a week in advance. I called several days before the party to move the date up by 1 day. The... day manager confirmed I had placed the original order, and told me she would have the cake ready by the new date. Come theagreed on time, the manager didn't leave any instructions about the cake, and the original order had been deleted. I was offereda random cake that they slapped some words on for me, but it was far from what I was supposed to get. The staff who I spoke towhere not the ones who caused the problem, and they were as helpful and polite as they could be in trying to make the issuebetter. Hardly ever do reviews, much less for fast food, but this DQ was fantastic. We were there for dinner on hour seven of an... eight-hour drive with young kids, and it was just what we needed. Staff incredibly nice and welcoming, and great towards ourkids, and the food was excellent. Will try to come back when we're back in the area! Read more
We got shakes and blizzards which overall are great. I had the smores shake which had a lot of pieces that were too big to fit... through the straw. So a lot of chocolate remained at the bottom of the cup. The main issue was ordering, we had to repeatseveral times & the person taking the order sounded like they were whispering. Customer service is good burgers always warm and fresh. One of the best Dairy Queens to stop at on the road!
Ordered 2 Large Rotisserie Chicken Bites. $7 each and we only received 8 little bites of chicken in each! I know prices are... going up recently but this seems like a very big rip off on chicken! I paid less for 4 piece chicken strip baskets and they camewith fries and toast! Read more
