Walked in this afternoon some folks I could hear that ordered tacos the young man smarted off that there's aa taco John's in... town but wented back to put the order together, that should have been my 1st clue that he was lazy. We came in to eat lunch on our way to St. Louis and the manager was yelling at one of the employees about wanting to be here to... work. It was loud enough that we heard it towards the back of dine-in area. Other employees were complaining about working theirshifts and other shifts during the weekend. All of this was being discussed at the front of the counter where us as customerscould hear everything they were complaining about. Read more
I think the cook is throwing a large amount of food in the fryers all at once so he can have low ticket time. Our food is... terrible. Cold hard and dried out. Also, my $9 chicken sandwich is a (one) chicken tender on a big bun. Not a chicken breastlike all other Hardee's Read more
Where to start... after ordering our food trying to find a clean table to sit at took a few minutes. Looks like they hadn't... cleaned them off for awhile. Trash sitting on them and food pieces everywhere. Not like they were busy with customers that theycouldn't wipe down the tables but it looked like they were more occupied with talking to each other than make sure the diningroom was clean. Got our food and both sandwiches were cold along with the fries. Highly doubt I will stop back in here again toeat. Read more
Drove through and received my order very quickly. Ordered a Del Frisco meal and when I got home a few minutes later found that... it was hard as a rock. Fries were cold and greasy. I try to support local business and don't usually eat out, but it's hard tosupport a business that doesn't care what they are serving. Just really poor quality and disappointed that this Hardy's isrepresenting our community. Read more
Stop in around noon. I ordered a Frisco sandwich, fries and 3 PC tender. Worst food I have ever eaten. I think their grease... was old. The fries were greasy, limp and had black specks on them. The bacon on the burger was black and felt they put too muchmayo on it. Back to the chicken tenders, also too greasy. Don"t think I will go back. Read more
Breakfast is alright here but lunch was one gigantic disappointment. Cold food, stale buns, and my kids fries were a joke! This... is how they came. Didn't fill the fry bag and we can see why, they grabbed the COLD crumbs from both the normal fries and thecurly fries. So gross! Never eating here again! Now we know why there was a long line at DQ and an empty parking lot at Hardees. Read more
Wife and I went there for lunch. I payed with a debit card and the cashier gave us a bag fairly quick. I checked. It wasn't our... order. We gave the bag back to the manager and showed him our receipt. He gave us our bag and we got home. Everything was coldand my wife's Frisco was missing the beef patty. We called them and talked to manager Bruce who did the order and he said weshould of checked it. He was real rude. I then filed a complaint with corporate. Since I can't reply to the owner. I did givefeedback to corporate before I posted this review. I assume it was ignored. Read more
