Greeted with "Order when ready" followed by being out of mozzarella sticks and roast beef. It wouldn't have been bad except the... person working seemed like it was an inconvenience for us to try and order something they actually had. I'm sure it's hard to get anyone to work. Now I'm not expecting too much, but if you really hate your job THAT much, don't make... everyone else miserable because you are. Don't stay or take it out on the customers. Food is ....we'll, it's delicious! I lovecoming here. If you are the manager, I really feel your pain. Went through the drive-thru today for lunch. I ordered a beef and cheddar, which was good. The curly fries were not hot, but... soft enough to be enjoyable. The computer went down as soon as I ordered my food. Once I got to the window, I waited about threeminutes before the lady at the window gave me my food for free because they couldn't get the computer to work. Something aboutfree food tastes to good! There is something so relaxing about eating under the tree. The dining area is comfortable, I ordered the fish sandwich and... the soda and condiment area were stocked and clean. They were busy but patron friendly the during my visit. Read more

3rd time is not a charm. I will not be giving this Arby's anymore of my money. They can't ever get the order right. Missing... cheese cups. Missing bacon on a chicken bacon Swiss. Then this is the second time I haven't gotten not fully cooked chicken thatliterally made my stomach hurt afterwards without bacon... Again. I'm done. Train the employees better or give them a raise.
