Prices here are so ridiculous these days. I've just rec'd the smallest leg and wing I've ever gotten here. I tried their... special which I realized was just one side. The old deal was one more piece of chicken and two sides for a dollar less.Inflation is thru the roof. I think kfc can do better than that. Read more
My 6yr old loves their mashed potatoes and their popcorn chicken, the staff was very nice with us.
Bowling Green OH restaurant experience was poor. Drive thru made us wait 5+ minutes to order and no one else was in line. Paid... for individual fries and it was left off the order. Cashier Alexis didn't offer a receipt after payment. It makes it hard forher to hear and communicate with customers with her apple air pods in! Ordered a 12 piece meal, asking to substitute breasts for the wings. Was told that would be an extra charge, which was fine.... Also ordered an extra , large side of Mac and cheese. Got home and only got 9 pieces of chicken, and did not get the Mac andcheese. Tried calling about a dozen times letting it ring for as many rings as it would go before it disconnected me. Noanswer. We did still get charged for the extra charge for the breasts, and the Mac and cheese. I don?t understand why it is sodifficult to get it right, or at least answer the phone to try to make it right! Ordered a 5 piece tender box and a famous bowl at 8:30 via the KFC app. The location claimed to be open until 10 but when I... arrived the doors were locked and the lights were out. I went through the drive thru to retrieve my order and was told to wait 5minutes as they were still making it. I'm not sure why I had to wait because when I received my food it all tasted as if it hadbeen sat out for hours. The potatoes had a chemical flavor and the chicken tasted both burnt and stale. I would feel bad feedingthis to an animal, let alone a person. My family will not order from this location again and if you need chicken in BowlingGreen I'd advise literally any other fast food place. It's a shame when KFC is the worst chicken in town. Read more

doesnt even deserve one star. the employees were rude and practically threw the bag out the window. I had to go through the... drive-thru TWICE because they kept leaving items from my order, and they still didn't get it right. I ordered a fry for myselfand it literally had 10 stale fries in it. never going back to this kfc. Read more
