Went to it near closing, fries were cold (basically frozen), but service was nice and fast.
They were swamped. Drive through was out to the road. I went inside. Had to wait 30 minutes for my food but the service was... great. They were doing the best they could. Food was hot and fresh. Read more

The McDonald's on S. Main St. In Bowling Green is not the place you want to go for fast food convenience. They make you use the... machine to place your order. The receipt said the order was placed at 7:07pm and it took 30 minutes to get our order. Therewere three of us in our party, it shouldn't have taken that long. My spouse went to the counter and stood their for about fourminutes before anyone would acknowledge him, and that's when they brought out the order. He asked her, the manager, about whyit took so long and she stated they are short handed and the manager seemed agitated. My chicken nuggets were warm but the otherorders of chicken nuggets were cold. My fries were also cold. They gave me the wrong dipping sauce for the nuggets but Ididn't ask them for a different sauce as to not agitate them any further. We won't be back to that McDonalds. Read more
Ok, so I miss the old days of a cashier taking your order. I'm 34 pretty good with computers. The order computers are dump and... hard to navigate through. Then the people there are just......wow. then we went to get a table.....every table in the place wasdirty, the drink station was a disaster with pop and water and ketchup all over. So I cleaned out table and sat down. There wastwo people standing outside on "break." The only reason for two stars and not one, is because my daughter said the food wasgood. Read more

Came on Thanksgiving. Was so excited it was open. Due to my schedule I rarely can get breakfast. The muffin on the egg mcmuffin... was burnt and the sausage muffin with "egg" had no egg. This was after a long wait. Way to go McDonald's! Looks like sausagecroissants from Burger King from now on. Read more
