Fries were not hot or fresh and I ended up puking it all up about 5 hours later. Nothing else could?ve caused that.

I was treated poorly when I worked there. Hostile environment no one cares there that I have a disability

A lot of college kids running the place. Manager was there in a blue shirt, complaining about coverage didn?t care about... customers at all. Then messed up my order. Had to go back to pick up the right order. Then acted like the manager didn?t care.Never going back. I?ll take the extra drive next time to go to Jersey Mike?s in Rossford. Read more

I like Penn Station, and planned to eat in, but could not find a single clean table, and the staff wasn't happy or courteous.

This place was horrible when I went. The college kids they have working don?t care and were lazy. My wife ordered the artichoke... sub with no cheese and no Parmesan. The sub only has that on it with the artichokes, but instead of making the sub full theyliterally sprinkled artichokes on it and cooked it. Should have just ordered the bread at that point. I ordered a pizza sub withextra cheese and add bacon. They put no bacon on it and no pizza sauce on it. It?s a PIZZA SUB! I told them there was no sauceand he just shrugged his shoulders and gave me a little tiny cup of it. Not worth the 50 dollars spent. Waste of money at thislocation. Read more
