I have been in BG for over 27 years. But out of the pizzerias in town Pisanello's was a place I stopped going to simply because... of how long the wait became. But today I walked in without calling and ordered a large Italian sub and it was made and done in areasonable time. It also tasted very good and I was very pleased. I will be back for more Italian subs which cost a cool $8 pretax. The inside is a cozy mix between classic and modern tastes. The best pizza in Bowling Green, probably the best in all NW Ohio. Try the California white with chicken, broccoli and almonds... because it's amazing and so unique! It's also the best pizza to reheat in the toaster that I've ever had. Read more

We ordered food an hour and a half ago. Decided to pick up the food (for a 30 minute wait vs and hour). We get to the... restaurant and to pick up the food and they said it wasn?t ready (35 minutes later). No big deal? another 30 minutes later a galstated she ?overlooked? the order sitting there and said she messed up. Which is FINE .. however the manger on duty refused togive us our $35 back to go buy dinner else where and said we could get half our money back or wait for new food to be made -which will take another 45 minutes ????? So here we are almost two hours later and we still have no food. Prettydisappointed to say the least as this place is a staple to BG. If they would of just gave us your money back in full ? Just ordered thin crust California White with peperoni, white onion and blue cheese dip. I received thick crust, no peperroni,... no onion, no dip. :D:D...will definitelly order from here again...:D:D Read more
My husband and I have been eating pizza since we were in college in the late 50's. Moving to BG 50 years ago we found... Pisanellos. Great find - until tonight. We ordered our favorite large dbl pepperoni. What an utter disappointment. Looked like areheated rejected order from someone else. Luke warm; an hour from order to delivery. Even air fryer couldn't rescue it. Calledshop. Was told we would get $5 off of our next order. Surprise!! We will never order another. Hope no one else has a repeat ofour total disappointment.
