Not really the type to do online reviews too often, But this is getting stupid. my burger was wrong (not just made wrong, but a... completely different sandwich.) My fries were less than half full, I didn't even get my Funnel cake fries (for the second time.)And after calling to try and get my order righted I was hung up on. Absolutely horrible!! ???????? My drink tastes moldy and so nasty my fries were soggy and not crispy my sandwich was gross bacon... was all fatty not crisp definitely do not recommend going here! Read more
I always enjoy Rallys when I can get it. They were a little slow than others that I have visited in past, but the food was good.
I've gone here a few different times and I don't think my order has ever been right or out in a timely manner. I've had... different flavor shakes, regular fries instead of funnel fries (or just none), and one time my loaded fry box wasn't puttogether so it spilled into the bag. It was 12 in the afternoon, I ordered two Big Bufords and two orders of boneless wings for my family and me. I was told that my... drive through food would be an 8 minute wait. Okay, that's reasonable. Being a fast food worker myself I realize that noteverything is going to be ready as soon as I order it. I ended up waiting over 15 minutes because they had burnt one order ofwings and had to remake it. Fine, it's okay, a little more of an inconvenience but I'm not too worried. I got home and took abite of one of my wings. The inside of it looked like jelly. I spit it out and decided to cut open another. It was a pasty,pinkish-white. All of the wings were raw. I then called the restaurant to see if I could get something else to eat. No oneanswered the phone. Now here I am left with an order of raw wings that I can do nothing about.
