Esmerelda showed no sign of urgency. She attempted to take a woman?s order in front of me for 5 minutes, did not make the drink... of the woman who was already waiting when I got there, and then called the woman in front of me back to get her to use adifferent form of payment after I had already placed my order. Was so excited for my pumpkin spice Frappuccino, but they didn't make it right and it tasted awful. Ruined my entire morning.
Ordered on mobile app, wasn?t able to pick up at the time until an hour later. Called them, and was hung up on.
