Esmerelda showed no sign of urgency. She attempted to take a woman?s order in front of me for 5 minutes, did not make the drink... of the woman who was already waiting when I got there, and then called the woman in front of me back to get her to use adifferent form of payment after I had already placed my order. Hours posted said open until 8pm. Got there around 7:20ish, the employee was cleaning up. I asked if they were open and she... rudely replied ?I?ve been here since 5am and I?m done.? I understand it?s hard being under staffed, but she was very rude aboutit. Read more
Was so excited for my pumpkin spice Frappuccino, but they didn't make it right and it tasted awful. Ruined my entire morning.
Ordered on mobile app, wasn?t able to pick up at the time until an hour later. Called them, and was hung up on. Called back,... said there?s nothing they can do about it and took my money and suggested I call cooperate. Never again will I use their serviceas I didn?t pick up the order yet was shown picked up. The staff here is always wonderful. Very friendly. Unfortunately lately they have been out of many of the items I normally get... such as iced coffee and cold brews. Read more
First time at this location on BG. We just moved to town, from Toledo. They only had two staff members working when I arrived,... and the attendant let me know they were understaffed at that moment and it would be a few minutes wait. By the time I left, atleast three more baristas had arrived. I think I only waited about 10 minutes total for two drinks and two breakfast items,being second in line when I arrived. At any stand alone location on Toledo, it's a half hour plus line at any point they areopen. We will absolutely be back, even though it is across town from us. Read more
whoever is the blonde barista who was working nov. 18 around 1 p.m was probably the rudest person i?ve ever dealt with customer... service wise. just because a customer doesn?t know the name for medium does not mean you can look to your coworker, scoff & thenproceed to laugh in my face all while being rude & and then proceeding to run down your other coworkers all while i stand therewaiting for my coffee. please retrain your baristas on customer service.
