Do not eat here, stuff will ignore you and disrespect you. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub, with pep. When I went to pay for... it they rang it up as a grilled chicken add bacon and pep. Which cost little over 2 dollars more. I told them, that it is rungup wrong, and that I ordered a chicken bacon ranch add pep. They just stared at me, and didn?t even bother fixing the order. Thestaff was cold, un-friendly. I will never come back to this place again. Or any other subway restaurant in bowling green area. Read more

Normally this location is packed and the service is extremely slow. Honestly I was expecting the same during my visit. When I... first arrived there was a rather long line. Imagine my surprise when i only had a few min wait compared to the normal 15 minwait time! The staff was not only friendly but professional and mega efficient. Did you know that if you have a food allergy you are not suppose to eat at Subway? Well go to the Subway on Main Street in... Bowling Green Ohio in the Big Lots shopping area, Scott (rude employee) will tell you all about it. Please read on. I wastreated extremely rood in front of customers and I will not return to this restaurant again. There was a nice employee helpingme with my order. When we go, we usually order multiple sandwich/subs. Normally I do not have to worry about food allergies,but this time I purchased the new turkey bacon guacamole. My son is allergic to avocados. I thought I was paying attention tothe sandwiches better than I was, but I missed seeing him put the quac on the wrap. Which is not a big deal except that he usedthe same gloves to make my sons sandwich as well. Not the employees fault by any means. So when we realized it, the employeewas very nice, washed his hands, put on new gloves, and made my son a new sandwich. While he was doing this, the otheremployee, Scott, informed my in front of the customers that if you have a food allergy of any sort, DO NOT EAT HERE. Hisreasoning was that all their foods touch each other. Which they do not, they are in containers separated. The gloves was whatthe problem was not the food. It was my fault not the employee helping me. I still paid for all the sandwiches, but it was myerror. But I can guarantee that we will never eat at subway again because of Scott. Read more

Wost experience ever! I got a turkey bacon and guac wrap that was all of 4inches in size. There was almost no bacon or meat on... it and very little guacamole. Ontop of that i paid $8 for that!! When I asked the kid who made it why it's so tiny he said thatshow they are and rolled his eyes. I get the same thing every time at Subway so I know it is never that small. We've been going to this subway every Friday morning before school drop off for FIVE years. This school year has been absolutely... terrible. Whoever works the Friday morning shift is such a sad person. Not friendly at all. Super nasty. Charges misc prices,its been different every Friday. Even though we get the same thing. When I asked about that she was super dismissive and rude.Such a bummer, its so close to the school, but we'll choose any of the other 10 subways in town from now on. Hope her day/lifebrightens up, no one should be that unhappy on a Friday morning! ;) Read more
