Picked up to go order and got home to realize some of the order was wrong. I order online and had customized two items but... unfortunately they did not read it. Just ordered a cheesesteak with only steak and cheese but it had lettuce on it. Also ordereda steak wrap no onions and it had onions on it. Other than that the food was great and would rate 4 1/2 to 5 stars if order hadbeen right. Hopefully next time it will be right and will probably call in order instead of place online. Read more
Horrible management and employees. Everytime I order always have something missing and when I call the EMPLOYEES and MANAGERS... are rude and disrespectful. We had dead bugs on our food containers. And they left our drinks outside without notifying us. DONOT RECOMMEND!!! They will not give information that you ask for. RECOMMEND ROMAS OVER THEM!! Read more
Pino?s has been my pizza place for years?.not anymore. Today, around 2:30, I went in to dine and chow down on some white pizza.... This has been my usual order and it is always good. On this occasion, I order the white pizza and it looks odd. It is basicallypizza dough, with some patches of ricotta cheese and crushed garlic. Where is the mozzarella cheese? The waitress lookedembarrassed when she set it on my table. She saw my reaction and politely took it back to the kitchen. Next thing I hear is theangry yelling from the kitchen, something along the lines of ?that?s how it?s made?! She asked him to please put cheese on thepizza. Needless to say, they made a new pizza and it sucked. The server was awesome and I left a good tip. The kitchen staff areamateurs, rude and don?t have a clue. I?ve had hundreds of white pizzas and have never seen garbage like this before. Pino?s, wehad a good run but I?m over you. The food was fresh and really great! Went here for lunch. I had the tortellini pasta with Alfredo sauce and chicken. My... colleague had the sweet chili wings with fries. Everything is made to order so there is a little bit of a wait time for yourfood so if you're short on time I'd recommend calling ahead. Read more
What a great little place just off of 301 in Virginia this restaurant is located within a mile of Fort AP Hill and it's in a... very small strip mall. The pizza was delicious with a thin crust and very perfectly cooked cheese and the salad was excellentwith a homemade Greek vinaigrette. We spent about $30 for a family of four. Excellent in that the quality of food as service definitely exceeds the cost of eating there. I had the chicken sub, some on... rings, and an iced tea for under $10. The food was delicious, abd served promptly. Highly recommended for those nearby. Read more
Pino's is the only place in town that delivers, so we use them a lot. Their staff is always friendly (even when my kids were so... excited about pizza that they stole the delivery person's bag) and the food is good. I wouldn't say it's really anything superspecial, but it's good pizza, good people, and good service. Read more
