I asked for a smoked double bacon with no cheese but instead they made a sandwich with sausage. then trying to correct it, she... had her co-worker attempt to make my sandwich except they still forgot to remove the cheese. I didn't realize I did not have theright sandwich until I left the highway. There was not a long line so I was just confused on how they got it so wrong. They alsowould not accept Starbucks rewards. Never had such an unhappy employee. Bad customer service but good drink. I suppose it's a wash but I may not come here again.

Good service. Drinks are always made correctly and the Baristas are always willing to ensure the customer is happy!

Inside the rest stop. Been here many times and never fails to disappoint. Mochas and Macchiatos have been cold several times.... Usually a long line. Don't go unless desperate. Read more
