I don't know what happened to BK but it seems like since they changed the store looks with renovations they are taking it out on... the quality of the food. I always preferred BK to Rotten Ronnie's but seems like they have stepped up and BK has stepped backalot. I wasted my money on food I couldn't even eat. I made a complaint and realized I wasn't given a receipt, so the manager onduty completely dismissed my complaint even though I had the food in the bag and was only gone from the store for maybe10-15mins.
